Because of this, we will accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our skillful technical team representatives will move your site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have extensive experience with website migration and are able to handle everything – from a normal WordPress–powered weblog or Joomla^™–powered site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made app.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are lots of factors, including the size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to migrate your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not large).

A: Yes. We’ll need to have the name of the web site that you wish us to move. We will also need a way to log into your old hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your site.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we’ll have with you as a client. We are devoted to safeguarding the safety of the personal data gathered from the customers. To achieve that, we use technical security measures to avoid the loss, the misapplication, the modification or the unlawful leak of the information under our control. A: Nope. Your site will stay available online during the migration. Once everything is done on our end, we will inform you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is alright, all you will need to do is update your domain name’s DNS records.

A: Nah. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never get in touch with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We can migrate your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform provided that we can access the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we’re unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
